Standard Terms & Condition of Sale
1. Priority
All orders, contracts and agreements for products sold by Windham Weaponry Inc shall embody the
terms of these Standard Terms & Conditions of Sale. Windham Weaponry Inc reserves the right to
change these at any time. Customers & Vendors submitting orders and accepting deliveries of
products from Windham Weaponry Inc is specifically limited to all terms of this agreement.
2. Orders
All orders submitted are subject to be accepted by Windham Weaponry Inc. Windham Weaponry
Inc reserves the right to ratify or deny any order. The purchaser agrees to pay for and accept
delivery of the product. Windham Weaponry Inc shall not be responsible for any delivery issues
occurring that delay product delivery. Windham Weaponry Inc reserves the right to make changes
to product availability at any time.
3. Price Points
Windham Weaponry Inc selling prices for products will be on our website and any price lists. All
orders received & accepted will incur current pricing at the date of shipment. Windham Weaponry
Inc will be required by federal/state law to add all applicable taxes. Windham Weaponry Inc reserves
a reservation to change pricing at any time.
4. Back orders
Windham Weaponry Inc will strive to ship all orders complete on required ship dates. Windham
Weaponry Inc reserves the right to ship partials unless specified by the purchaser. Any back orders
will be shipped without incurring any additional shipping charges to the purchaser.
5. Cancellations
All cancellations must be made prior to shipments. Windham Weaponry Inc will not incur any
expenses incurred for cancellations received after the date of shipments. Orders must be cancelled
by contacting our customer service team.
6. Packaging & Shipping
All orders will be shipped in non-descriptive packaging. Products will be shipped by shipping
providers assigned by Windham Weaponry Inc and are at the sole discretion of Windham Weaponry
Inc. Any shipments involving damage are the responsibility of the purchaser and any claims must be
filed with the carriers responsible. Any issues must be made to Windham Weaponry Inc within 30
days of shipment.
7. Returns & Repairs
Any product being returned/repaired must be approved in advance using a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) provided by our customer service team. Invoice number & reason for return is
required. Windham Weaponry Inc will inspect product returned and may charge a 15% restocking
fee if done after 30 days of original shipment. Windham Weaponry Inc will not accept any product
returned COD (cash on delivery). Returns/repairs will be processed within 30 days of receipt. We
will only accept repairs for Windham Weaponry Inc manufactured products.
8. Payments
All payments must be made prior to shipments unless terms have been offered and approved by our
Windham Weaponry Inc sales team.
9. International orders
All products exported are controlled by the US Department of State and/or Bureau of Industry and
Security. Our products follow rules based on International Trade in Arms Regulations. (ITAR)
