This 16″ MPC-RF (Rear Flip) Complete Upper Receiver / Barrel Assembly Kit includes the Lower Receiver Parts Kit, a complete Telestock Kit, a 30 Round Windham Weaponry Aluminum Magazine, a Samson Rear Flip Sight, and a Foam Lined, Hard Side Plastic Gun Case. This kit is intended for those who want to build a complete rifle from a stripped Lower Receiver they already own. The highly accurate 16″ M4 profile barrel is chrome lined and machined from 4150 Chrome Moly Vanadium steel – rifled 1 x 9″ Right Hand twist. An A2 Flash Suppressor and standard A2 Front Sight are fitted. The machined aluminum flat top Upper Receiver is complete with Bolt Carrier Assembly, Charging Handle, Forward Assist, and Ejection Port Cover.

Due to state regulations, we can not ship this kit with a 30 round magazine to California, District of Columbia, Colorado, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York and Hawaii. Parts of Illinois and Indiana also have local restrictions. Magazines complying with regulations in those States will be substituted.
