This firearm is sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. This firearm may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering. You must be 21 or older to purchase a long gun, but state and local laws may differ, and you will need to check your local laws before purchasing this firearm.
When you buy this item, an additional shipping fee per gun will be added to the cart. This fee is based on where the rifle will be delivered. You will have the opportunity to specify where you want us to ship it. Please provide the business name, full address and contact information of your preferred valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. We will contact your dealer to obtain a copy of their license and arrange the delivery of your firearm.
It is your responsibility to complete all required paperwork when you pick up your purchase from your local dealer. Please be aware your local dealer may charge you a transfer fee at the time you pick up your firearm. This fee is strictly between you and your local dealer, and it is not included in the sale price.
Please carefully inspect the firearm before the transfer. If you have any questions regarding the firearm once it arrives at your dealer, please call our Customer Service Department prior to refusing the transfer of the firearm. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee for all returned firearms. This includes denial by ATF of the transfer. Shipping charges are not refundable. We cannot accept returns once the firearm has been transferred to you. For support issues, contact our Customer Service Department for help.
