This complete upper assembly in 7.62×39 caliber includes charging handle, bolt carrier group and magazine. The 14.5M4 ” chrome lined barrel has an A2 front fixed sight with Sling Swivel and Bayonet Lug and permanently installed (pinned and welded)  phantom flash hider to meet the 16” length requirement.  The barrel is machined from 4150 chrome Moly Vanadium steel.  It is rifled with a 1 x 9.5 right hand twist.   A Samson rear flip sight is installed on the machined aluminum flat top upper with forward assist and ejection port cover assembly.  The double heatshield handguards complete the assembly.
